The uniqueness of the region around Lake Maggiore is certainly due to the beauty of the landscape and the mild Mediterranean climate. The region around Locarno is probably the most climatically favoured in Switzerland. Almost 2300 hours of sunshine per year at an average temperature of 15.5 °C allow the flora and fauna to develop at a favourable rate.

"The stylishly renovated "Case di Sotto" are located in this lovely environment. Here you can enjoy all the possibilities of relaxation that are available here. This can be the beautiful view of the lake or just sitting under the cool pergola, reading a nice book in the Glorietta or simply sink into an armchair and watch an exciting film...

You will live in an old masonry that has been renovated with heart and soul. The fixtures and surfaces are natural and partly old, recuperated original furnishings. The floors are made of local oiled wooden planks.
